★ HOW IT WORKS
Take your blood pressure with your home cuff monitor (BP Daily does not measure BP through your phone), open the app, and log systolic, diastolic, and pulse. Get instant AHA color classification and view your trends on the History tab.

To measure your heart rate, tap the pulse button, place your fingertip over the rear camera and flash, and hold still for about 22 seconds. The app reads your pulse via photoplethysmography (PPG) — the same optical technique used by many fitness apps. It estimates heart rate only and does not measure blood pressure.

Hypotension: below 90 / 60 mmHg
Normal: 90–120 / 60–80 mmHg
Elevated: 121–129 / under 80 mmHg
